If you are paying attention you might know that the state of the world is an absolute mess right now... and the truth is "mess" is an understatement. Every day we are witnessing & experiencing a level of collective trauma that the human nervous system & heart were never designed to be able to carry.

You are not alone if what is going on around you is currently causing to feel the weight of the world on your shoulders, anxiety rushing through your mind & body, & grief suffocating your heart... because I know I certainly feel that way at times.

& While I wish I had the answers as to how we could put an end to the systemic madness going on, I don't.
