Why I felt called to take this question into public space
The deeply personal experience that first made me aware of how invisible motherhood can feel

The pause, the silence, and the visible shift in breath, eyes, and body when mothers were asked something they didn’t expect
Three simple observations I noticed across conversations — without analysing or explaining what they mean
How this experience shifted my own instinct to move quickly into meaning-making, and why I’m choosing witnessing over explaining for now
This was a pilot campaign, not a finished project.
And this episode reflects the position I’m standing in right now: a witness who is beginning to notice patterns, but choosing to stay close to the human moment rather than rush into conclusions.
