Hey babes!! Whoa, it has been a long time since we've caught up! But it's for a good reason! I got so burnt out from over working that I was forced to slow down and rest. Resting allowed my mind slow down and BOOM I was finally confronted with feeling the shame from my sexual trauma bc I finally had the SPACE to think about things. These last 2 months have been so confronting and painful but now that i'm coming out the other side what I've learned and how I feel makes it all worth it...
