Speaking from Silence Episode 2: Deep fulfillment and the path of self-reflection

Länge: 21:19
Where can we find fulfillment? How can we experience peace and sincere rest when circumstances aren’t perfect?
This episode points to a path of self-reflection where you can become conscious of your own reaction, and not create any further reactions out of that.
Just being aware of a desire for grasping, there’s an opportunity to stop. In stopping, it might bring up more intense emotions.
The word “love” points to something invisible and quite obvious -- a quiet, steady, unconditional presence. It doesn’t matter what’s happening on the outside. Love includes everything. Love is fulfillment.
Whether your life is falling into place, or falling apart, what’s the experience if you say yes to what you are experiencing internally? If you stop needing yourself to be different?
What if you embrace yourself as you are in the middle of everything?
Intro music is by Jonas and Maeve's classmate Franz Peters and his band What Matters the Most, song title “Mahaya."
