I’m Sarah Theresa Lamb, and I share my story — not as a teacher on a pedestal, but as a woman walking this path in real time. I believe stories activate us. When we hear someone speak from their lived experience, something in us remembers who we are.
This podcast isn’t about convincing, converting, or pleasing everyone. It’s about resonance. Some people will feel magnetized. Some will feel activated. Some will feel triggered. That’s not a problem — that’s the point.
I’m not here for the gray area. I’m here for polarity, honesty, and soul recognition.
