My number one first world problem indulging podcast
Let’s be honest- if we didn’t live in the Western World we probably couldn‘t care less about microlevel bio hacking ourselves because we would have to fend off starvation, poverty, crime, war or severe polution on the daily. But I live in Berlin, Germany, and that gives me the absolute luxury of indulging in niche nerd knowledge. Absorbing every bit of info about cool scientific ways to live better for longer in my free time is one of my favourite hobbies and the BG Podcast is THE place to go for that! No doubt. It‘s right up there with Rhonda Patrick‘s Found My Fitness. Go Ben!

Wonderful podcast for health and good feeling
This podcast really is a great resource of information about health and a healthy living. Coming from a fitness perspective this podcast goes really deep into many different topics including newest research, gut issues, digestion, nutrition, fitness and training, live style, relaxation, etc.

- minor thing to criticize: it is often not clear where there is a conflict of interest when Ben recommends a product, when he is truly convinced of its benefit or just singing the sponsors song.

He brings podcasting to a hole new level!
Since I startet listening to the BenGreenfieldFitnessPodcast my life changed dramatically. Where before, I had to read hole books on some subjects, now Ben gives me the information that I need in just one hour every week. I can´t imagine the time he must spend to prepare for his show. There is so much that I learned while listening. Since I started integrating your advice I have much more energy and my fitness has improved also. But that is not it. He is also quit funny and has the ability to explain things that are very difficult in a way that everyone can understand it. You are such a great inspiration and influence, that I plan on starting a german podcast about holistic health. Keep up the good work. You can be really proud of what you have acceaved so far. Too vague, basic with random quality.
I found many other podcast more focused, better organised, more professional and less vague than this one. Additionally, before knowing that I bought his book and sent an email commenting an issue on it, as some things were not so clear compared with medical studies, and he replied if I booked a one-on-one consultation to discuss that. Was very presumptuous and arrogant, as a normal person would be interested in feedback of his own work but he wash´t at all. I returned the book and deleted the podcast, as besides that, I got other podcast with more serious information and willing to share not only the traditional topics.
Not a podcast for me.
