Sekou Smith and Greg Anthony(or another guest) keep you up to date on the latest news and results from the nba and the guys share their opinions while keeping it real.
Great segments like the Schumann stat, where nba stat guru John Schumann comes up with numbers related questions for the guys, which turns you from listener into quiz participant.

I will do... well, try to do this in english as the podcast is also in english.
Great NBA and NBA-related stuff podcast. Normally once a week of something like it, during the playoffs more often. Both guys, Sekou Smith and Vince Thomas do an awesome job. Always funny and entertaining, always informative. Many guests, for example Chris Webber, spice it up.
Just one thing. A league, well, more a "company" like the NBA, that big, that much money, should have a podcast every day. Also during the season. I know that David perhaps doesn't pay the guys for doing it everyday, but he should. Espn makes a podcast almost every day, so the NBA definitely should.
